Actually the trailer above points out that the plot revolves around how they should be out of the game, the possibility of a bug keeping the game from ending, and the possibility they may actually be trapped in the game.

From the sound of it, Kirito does defeat Kayaba, but they don't get logged out of the game and the plot revolves around the fear that there's a bug inthe game that keeps it from ending. Thus begins their quest to the 100th floor and the only remaining hope they have of ending the game.
