More likely.. Anyway, "Hydration" is the only cure for dengue that I can think of... with some blood transfusions to supply the addition platelets.
Antibiotics seems to have no effect.. I was wondering why our doctor was prescribing, Metronidazole, Ceftriaxone for one of our patients (he's platelet was around 58) but I think our resident doctors here could explain better....
