None of the episodes are available for legal purchase yet. The first Japanese Blu-Ray/DVD volume will be release in the end of October, and will contain the first two episodes. Then the 8 remaining modules will be released monthly containing three episodes each, for 9 volumes in all.
At this time, no North American company has announced a license for the show, and Aniplex has not announced any plans to release the show themselves, so no word yet on when English subtitled Blu-Rays/DVDs might be released.
