If the moonlight butterfly was supposed to end the black history, they needn't have to put it in a ms. It was absolutely pointless because it's like a nuke, and putting it in a ms is pretty dumb since anyone could steal the ms easily making it potentially dangerous and made worse by the fact that the Turn A was non-newtype compatible.
