The "True" Ending is the one that was used in the anime. In case you don't understand it, and few can understand it without playing the game, this is what really happened:

At least that is what I understand from hearing people who have played the game say about the ending. If I made any mistakes, I hope someone will correct them. I look forward to learning more for myself once the game is fully translated.

In case you don't understand it, and few can understand it without playing the game, this is what really happened: Spoiler for End of Tsukihime: After Roa was killed by Shiki, Arcuied regained her full power and her full bloodlust which were both halved as long as Roa lived. Unfortunately Arcuied knew that she would now be unable to control herself around Shiki and would likely kill him if they were together. Since they could not live in the same world, she said goodbye to Shiki and then returned to the moon to sleep forever, eternally dreaming of their love.
