- I enjoyed the episode, the pacing didn't bother me.
- The OP is a very nice pop track, though I hoped Manglobe would've gotten a bit more creative with the visuals.
- Most of the characters so far are quite down-to-earth, which is nice. But I haven't met the school characters yet...
Minor nitpicks:
- I really dislike the "sparkly" sound effect used whenever Shingo meets a beautiful girl for the first time.
- The town seems to be very, very empty.
