A standard youtube link looks something like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmXTBUl6YFE
I'll refer to the part of the link I highlighted in red as the video's "ID". So to embed the video in a post you'd just take the ID of the video and do this:
[you tube]insert ID here[/youtube]
*remember to delete the space I put between "you" & "tube".*
Simple, no? Though if you're going to embed a bunch of videos in one post, I think it might be better to wrap it in spoiler tags (just to save page space)
