There is a distinct difference between what is endured in small quantities for practical reasons and what is activly permitted.
I think the phrase would be "
we strongly discourage it". If you can restrain yourself, then do so. If you can't, chances are you probably can't restrain yourself from doing other things, that we
will quickly take action against.
