Will it really need a good PC though? If there's a good thing about PC games is that they're graphic is scalable so as long as the minimum requirements are fine I suppose that anyone with a decent PC will be able to play the game. Besides that, if they intend to sell the game in countries like South Korea or Japan they
have to make the PC version accessible to their average PC specs.
