In novel,Mikoto realized she loves Touma in volume 16.
Before volume16,she didn't admit she have romantic feeling for Touma.
(But even before volume 16, Kuroko belive Mikoto have romantic feeling for Touma and Kuroko is jelous of him)

In anime,it's volume 3 now(episode 14).
So,it's really really long way she finds herself loving Touma.
