Gluten intolerance should not cause a problem if you're eating sugary foods, but that depends on exactly what kind of food you are eating. The Heidelberg stomach Ph test, endoscopy and colonoscopy are also possible to give a more thorough check, but ask your doctor first to see if he thinks they are appropriate for your symptoms.

There can be any number of reasons why you're having stomach pains like some kind of allergy, a severe case of heartburn, gastritis, and so on. You don't want to take the wrong medicine (doctor- or self-given) and mistreat yourself.

Xvoki's suggestion of writing down the foods and the effects they have on your is a very good one also, and can help to minimize the pain you're having. The doctor might be able to use it to help in the diagnosis also.
