There isn't enough information given by Vikitehwaffu to really help, IMHO. Diet is important, but knowing his stress level, number of hours and how well he sleeps, the location and level of pain, and so on are good as well.

For my symptoms, which were bad enough that I couldn't move , I visited 2 doctors (GP), and both asked about everything before the second one recommended my visiting a specialist. Be honest and not be embarrassed when asked for your symptoms. Your doctor won't be able to give you a good diagnosis otherwise.
