How come Mplayer OSX extended doesn't support the apple remote?
Other than that, the player is great but that is a pretty important feature IMO...
When using the remote, it gives me an "Itunes is not running" error, so I downloaded an input.conf from the web and put it where it belongs. And then, the remote just did nothing at all... (I tried moving the keyboard settings around to verify it was in fact reading that file for its settings.)
Then, I tried the same exact input.conf on the latest mplayer SVN build and it worked just fine... In fact, I tried putting the binaries from that SVN build inside the Mplayer OSX extended package and the remote works (But I'm sure some functionality will be lost eventually)
There's something in the way it was compiled that makes it not work with the Apple Remote, I wonder if this could be fixed?
