As usual, a favorite character poll will be created when the series ends, along with the final episode. 20 entries is indeed the limit and the poll will be multi-choice, meaning you can select as many as you want. Though the list presented will be changed somewhat to make space for Louise and Saji, who definitely deserve a spot more than someone like Billy/Lasse/Shirin (i don't even remember who this is from the name alone) who will be placed under the "Other" option.
