Although I haven't read the novel so I can't be sure but if the anime uses the transcripts she will be calling herself "わっち(Wacchi)" which is a derivative of "私(watashi)" in Oiran kotoba.

Like for example, わっちの名前を言うてみろ、わっちは賢狼ホロじゃ
Say my name, I am the wise wolf Horo.
