Indeed. And seriously, the TIPS in Umineko, for the moment, are merely the descriptions of the items the characters bump on. It is nowhere as cryptic and informative than in Higurashi.
The only good thing might be Beatrice comments on characters death etc.
That said, even so, it simply doesn't require a new thread: the respective umineko ep1 and 2 threads are enough for that.
