If you pay attention to that secret tea party, lambdadelta's strongly hinted to be Takano, and it would be too much to group Takano with Bernkastel, Beatrice an such. From what I undestood Frederika is a Rika born out of those world reboots. In a way, she's Rika. Saikoroshi-hen gives a huge hint of where the name Bernkastel comes from.
