Yeah, that is Impulse's unit-specific move. It's kind of hard to think up one for Strike and the RX-78 though, for me at least.

Maybe the RX-78 can do a kick to launch the opponent upwards directly above for it to do the Single-Armed-Headless Beam Rifle Shot.
