Apart from... Frederica Bernkastel? And the fact that it is called When They Cry 3? But yeah, I can see what you mean about Umineko. Although to be fair, without future story arcs, we can't be too sure of that. (though I doubt it will in the end - at least I would be slightly cheesed if it did)
