The issue is the quality of this episode is extremeley unbalanced.
While the most part of this episode is top nocht, we have MANY still shot with UGLY character design. Pay attention with the "pause" moments, and you can see the limbs horribly done (especially satoko around 10:28)

Well, at least you know those are things that can be easily corrected in the DVD release, so all is not lost
