North Korea Says They Have Deployed Nuclear
Weapons For "Preemptive" Use:

"The statement about North Korea readying its nuclear weapons came
from the state-ran news and reported to have come from Kim himself
while on a tour of an army artillery unit. The fear is that North Korea
could use these weapons in preemptive attacks on South Korea. This
terrifying possibility was underlined when the head U.S. military officer in
South Korea stated that the Kim regime would use WMDs if they felt
their power was endangered."

We have heard this before and there never came anything out of it. Yes you can't simply ignore it but there is no need to overreact either.

The North Koreans are dying in there.
Even though they get free, and revolution to change the North Korea for the better especially getting rid of the cult, there's no promising luxurious life waiting for them in the future.

I'm not sure whether it is right or not to South Korea and North Korea to be combined anymore.
And i'm including how South Korea will absorb North Korea.
Whether North Korea merge with South Korea or stay is an standalone country, I don't care anymore.

Now, I just wish for South Korea and other countries to try their best as possible to help people in the North Korea to be happy just like any other countries after the North Korea freed from many kinds of imprisonment.

TBH its only a matter of time before North Korea falls to bits, and I honestly expect one of the most likely scenarios at that point is South Korea will adsorb it and it just become Korea again... with the South Korean government footing the huge bill of making the North a country people can find theirs dreams in again (which will be a long process for sure).

The other major possibility is China steps in and takes over the failing country. But I get the impression they don't really want the job and would only do it if they though a massive refuge crises was about to come spilling over the border.

Yeah, even Russia is tired of NK's 'warnings' Question I have is, in case of a failed state, would the refugees flee to China or SK?

Likely South Korea first (since Pyongyang close to there more). If they are gunned down over DMZ (not to mention landmine), then it will be China

The first case likely will destroy South Korean economy and social fabric. The later will be a migration and human right crisis

Submarines: Report:

"Details remain scarce, but reports state that North Korea has lost one of
its submarines. It is not clear what exactly the suspected state of the
submarine is but North Korea is frantically searching for it. This event
could not come at a worse time as tensions on Korean Peninsula are at
an all time high."

They did it again, and again Japan didn't saw it coming?

They seriously need to invest in into their early warning signal.

Just North Korea's regular 'fear and pay attention to me' activity. If a war ever started back up again, they wouldn't win it.

No, but they could kill a lot of people and put a sizable scare in the world economy. NK is nuclear-capable, and borders two of the economic powerhouses in the region, though they have a nominally allied (if lately a bit strained) relationship with one of them. If they can launch a missile from a sub into Japanese airspace, they can launch one into South Korea or China.

Or like my friend said on the entire NK situation: "Nobody wants to handle 20 million refugees".

This test suggests that the delivery system is pretty far along. Now it appears the size of the warhead is the sticking point.

While their nuclear capability is not known I am pretty sure that they can nuke South Korea without much problem.

More like they for some reason decided not to shoot it down. It's impossible no one will not notice something like this...let alone the East Asian country which has invested the most in ABM defence

I believe the Japanese first line of defense against North Korean missiles remains Koizumi-san.
