This episode was PERFECT, everything about it was spot on.

Stark700 2018-06-05 12:54

I watched it on TV so it was uncensored (CR's version is censored as usual). Ah Issei...I just wish he notice more about the girls' feelings in this show especially Rias.

Kirihara_R 2018-06-05 13:00

The only thing that bothered me was those weird faces and angles that shown in some part , but other than that this episode was really excellent.

Man , . Isse really messed up that one , and he is aiming to become harem king huh?:heh:

By the way i cant remember since its been a long time but isnt ravel's mother visit them personally in the ln ?

There is a reason he doesn’t

We got a new MILF.

Ultragunner 2018-06-05 13:36

there it is, finally some development :heh:

ayy, as much as I want to pound on Ise's denseness, I still kinda feel bad for him.

Like seriously Rias, the guy shed sweats, tears and even blood for you and yet ya questioned his affection?

Well, this whole thing is a mess because everyone is just awkward with this kind of things which they should be (teenagers duh!). But I just hate the way they gang up on Ise saying he doesn't consider Rias' feeling, what about his then?

Of course Ise isn't blameless, either. But the group, especially those that have been around since the very beginning should have known his personality as well as his circumstances.
Rias' outburst at the end of the episode is the result of "negligence" on everyone's part. If none of them had taken things seriously, then why should we expect the same for Ise?

*DISCLAIMER* I am a LN reader so I know what will happen, but this episode still somewhat frustrates me :heh:

Couldn’t have said it better myself. Everyone is kind of at fault here. I feel bad manly for Ise though

Gaizafaiz 2018-06-05 14:29

This episode manage to cover all the scene from the LN. Just one bit problem is that some of the face expressions are kinda stiff in some parts. Nevertheless, a great episode.

I thought it was going to cover the flashback too, but unfortunately not.

Seafoam 2018-06-05 14:39

Ahh, they name dropped Diehauser finally in the anime.

Nah. they blame him because of how poorly ise answered the question, thats all theres to it .. Rias asking isse about what is she to him and he answered " buchou is buchou". Is that really an answer you can expect to a guy who have an affection to you and also knows that you like him ? he shouldve given her a decent reply since rias deserve that ..

Well this is the opinion that i can give if i was an anime viewer only ..

Umm did you watch born? TNK foreshowed this pretty obviously. One of the best things they did. Though passione did a horrible job on issei part.

Lol, of course but no matter what his circumstances are it doesn't change the fact that he made a poor answer which is why the girls are disappointed at him even though they understand him

The 48th Ronin 2018-06-05 22:21

Wow, they namedropped Diehauser. I hope this is some sort of a good sign for the future. :heh:

Anyways, I'm with @Ultragunner here. This isn't solely Ise's fault. I think the ecchi hijinks of the club created some sort of weird normalcy with regards to the relationships between the group.

PS: That presscon is hilarious. That female reporter deserves a raise. :p

Most of you guys see the episode as excellent but i'm the opposite. To me this is poor because they decided to wait until the next episode to address the problem.

As an LN viewer the problem itself known to me but as for blame Issei takes very little. Rias knew all the things she knew and yet still allowed it to happen. Frankly Rias has proven on multiple levels to not have the foresight needed to deal with certain situations

SilverGlavenus 2018-06-06 07:29

^While I agree that Issei has done many things to prove his affections, the girls' reactions are not unfounded. Given how Issei has no problem addressing other girls with their names, him calling Rias buchou is strange indeed, at least to them. Clearly both sides have something that they cannot speak out (or haven't).
That said, I would prefer the others give constructive criticism instead of bashing him like that. Though to be fair that is something Issei and Rias have to sort out.

Ruki0089 2018-06-06 07:39

To be honest... this episode quite disappointing...
Rias's not crying like in the novel...
Also... from the beginning, it's her fault... she's the one who asks him to call her "Buchou"

Well not really bashing though , they are more like disappointed in how isse handle the question .. the girls also showing their affection through out these past 2 season , showing her body to him many times and deep kissing him should already gave isse an idea what is rias is implying and whats more she asked the same question twice.

Lol seriously ? :heh:

B214 2018-06-06 08:43

Well this problem could've been avoided from the start if Rias just voice out that she loves Ise instead of doing the pointless shenanigan. Same with the girls, they expect things to go they way they want instead of trying to make things go they way they want. I know it sounds harsh but I really dislike this part of the story because it just shows how shallow the girls are acting in their relationship with Ise.
