Good point. Even if he is now a digital entity and has the technical expertise, he still needs the technology which is likely to be protected by strong firewalls.

It's really funny how such a judgement can be made. Currently, it's only because SAO is full TLed and AW is not. AW has more plot than one might think. Based on the author's words in v10/v11, AW's story is just beginning!! And he has hinted indirectly that it might go over 20 volumes.

Yeah, I know. I just posted here since it was more appropriate than Accel World L/N thread.

If you're wondering about my position, I am more on the side of homage. I am just open-minded about possible connections.
